Manufacturing Process

Canadian Blackboard Company is proud to manufacture the Lauzonite chalkboard surface, which has an exceptional quality and a fully defined chalk stroke. It is sold with a 50 year guarantee (normal use). This surface is largely utilized in the institutional field and is a cabinetmaker’s favourite for their various projects.

Completely automated, our production line manufactures over one hundred chalkboard surfaces per hour, all of unequalled quality. We manufacture green, black, grey and brown chalkboards, and can also make other colors upon request.

We also offer whiteboard surfaces, made either of porcelain steel or co-laminated steel with polyester.
